Everything you write flows from your heart and mind. I love hearing your "voice" in your authorship. This was yet another uplifting, inspiring, wonderful piece. I think you are amazing. All my very best to you and your loved ones. I am so happy for you. You are being wrapped up in love and joy from Heaven. I just know it.
Reading about your less than 1 percent chance of getting pregnant makes me think of Jack's life verse from the Book of Luke: "For with God, nothing will be impossible."
Wonderful article. When one of my very close friends lost her daughter, the worst thing for me as a friend (aside from grieving the loss too) was thinking that this can't be fixed! I felt so helpless because I knew I couldn't say anything "to make it better". Knowing that they would never be the same again. It was overwhelming. xox
Beautifully written...and, yes, you still have so much love to give. I actually had someone tell me "He's replacing!" when I told them I was pregnant. :-/ Again, people don't always know what to say; they just want to say something that'll make it all better. My youngest daughter was born 8 months after my oldest daughter died. My pregnancy was an absolute fog and obviously unlike all my others. There are times when I'd like a "do-over" in that regard. Today that baby is so unbelievably loved. She'll be 3 in a couple of weeks and we cannot imagine our lives without her. I wish you all the best as you welcome this new little one into your lives.
