  5. Surely the boys were much scarier back when I went to middle school. How could I have been intimidated by such young-looking innocent boys?

They are both as cute as can be (though I doubt they would appreciate that adjective).

  62. Hello. I don't know you, this is my first time to your blog and the smiling faces of your children was the first thingI saw. The Empress (who is a dear friend) asked me to stop by and yet I don't know if I have the right words to convey how sorry I am about your loss, your son's smile is like a piece of sunshine and my heart is aching for you and your family. As a mom Of two sons who are still little I am overcome with emotion, I want to say so many things to you, offer words that might soothe the burn of this , but I know it's pointless....you lost your beauitful son...and nothing I say will make that better.
I will keep you in my prayers, I will hold your heart close to mine for a long time, I will remind myself often of you and send you love on Gentle breezes....hugs of comfort to you. I am so so so sorry.

  189. Dear Anna,
I am so so so incredibly sorry for the loss of your beautiful and precious boy. I am praying for you. I know you from Momastery, we have been long time followers and I had read most of your comments these last few years. I am so devastated for you. I am local and if I can help in any way I am here. Anna, I had my own son die. His name was Joseph and it was very different circumstances, but that doesn't change the fact that I have been through something similar to you. You WILL recover from this one day. God is WITH you, even when you don't feel it and you are not alone. Anna, you and your daughter and your husband will be in my prayers and close to my heart. God has given you an entire community to grieve with you and help you. We love you. If you need to talk or scream or cry or anything, please call me day or night, 571-263-4058. God loves you. I promise.
