Giveaway Holly Lane Designs





Tiffany, of Holly Lane Designs, has given me a beautiful sterling silver Birds of the Air Pendant to give away today as a Thanksgiving Thank You to my wonderful readers. The design is based on Matthew 6:26  "Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?"


I met Tiffany a few years ago and carried her line of beautiful jewelry in the Christian bookstore where I worked until a few months ago. When Jack died, Tiffany was very touched, especially because one of her sons is exactly Jack's age. You probably remember when she designed the Jack's Promise pendant that speaks to his love of puzzles and includes his favorite Bible verse, Luke 1:37. I wear it on a silver chain almost every day.

    At any rate, I signed up for Holly Lane Designs email list with my new e-mail that I had to get after my other one was hacked once too often.

    Then I LIKED both pages on FB!

    So I'd love to be a winner, but I also know God does not leave things to chance, and if someone else gets this beautiful item, it's because He chose them.

    Thinking of you often, Anna, and praying for all of you as you move through life into new stages. I still see Jack's grin looking up at me as I read books in the school library at DCS.

    By the way, my oldest, despite public school and a public university has found her way back to her own faith and it's intense. If I win, this pendant will be hers.

    Anna, I have always loved HL designs -- have purchased them for my mom and others.

    Now, my college girl is home visiting and has re-discovered her faith. It's her own and it is awesomely intense.

    I still remember Jack in my library teaching times at DCS. He knew which books he wanted, and there was no suggesting other things. He was so confident of some things, if not others. I cherish the memory of that quick grin.
